La Cámara de Comercio Dominico Americana de la Florida (DACC,FL), rindió un grandioso homenaje al Doctor Félix Antonio Cruz Jiminián, donde recibió varios reconocimientos de diversas instituciones gubernamentales y comunitarias, en una noche llena de júbilo y emociones.

El evento llevado a cabo durante una concurrida cena de gala el sábado 9 de marzo en los salones del Renaissance at the Gables, donde el Dr. Cruz Jiminián recibió las llaves del Condado Miami-Dade a nombre de la Alcaldesa Daniela Levine Cava, que en su representación fue entregada por el ex Alcalde Tomás Regalado y el Comisionado Miguel Gabela, ambos de la Ciudad de Miami.

El Doctor Cruz Jiminián, es un destacado galeno dominicano, quien desde su clínica y fundación, presta servicios de calidad sin costos a la clase más necesitada. El galeno es reconocido como el “Filántropo de la Medicina Dominicana” por las altas instituciones públicas y privadas.

El Licenciado Johnny Matthews Estrella y el Doctor Pedro Mora, Presidente CEO y Director Ejecutivo, respectivamente de la DACC FL, entregaron una placa al médico dominicano, por sus grandes aportes humanitarios a la clase mas desposeída y necesitada de la República Dominicana.

Cruz Jiminián, también recibió un pergamino de reconocimiento del Alcalde Manny Cid y regidores de la Ciudad de Miami Lakes, otro del Estado de la Florida entregado por la Representante Estatal Diputada Alina García y un certificado declarándolo como ‘Visitante Distinguido’, entregado por el Comisionado Kevin Cabrera del Condado Miami-Dade.

También se otorgaron reconocimientos a organismos no lucrativos, entre ellos, las fundaciones Ángel de Esperanza, Anymos, Desarrollo Integral, Diáspora y Desarrollo y Ocoeños en Miami, siendo recibidos por sus representantes Aridio Genao, Doctora Soraya Aguasvivas, Adelis Olivares, Arquitecto Rodolfo Pou y Doctor  Ángel Aguasvivas, respectivamente.

Osvaldo Báez, de Miami Best Wheels, Eduardo Mallen, Isha Cabrera y Magalys Mella de We Park in Miami, Dr. Luis Manuel Campillo y Rosa Campillo de LMC Health & Esthetic Center, Daurys Bittar de Republica Cigars & Lounge, Mariano y Purita Abreu de Purita’s Restaurant & Lounge, Celestino Martínez de Prestige Parking, recibieron reconocimientos por sus méritos como empresarios y comerciantes destacados.

Reconocimientos especiales recibieron el Comisionado de la Ciudad de Miami Miguel Gabela, así como los señores Omar Rodríguez y Ariel Martínez propietarios de la cadena Presidente Supermarket y el ex lanzador de grandes ligas José Rijo.

Entre los asistentes se encontraba la Alcaldesa de la Ciudad del Doral Christi Fraga y varios Regidores de la Ciudad de Sunny Island Beach, la Diputada dominicana Adelis Olivares, el inmortal del deporte dominicano Juan Marichal, Richard Montilla Director del INDEX Florida, el vice Cónsul Amaurys Guzmán, en representación de la Cónsul Dominicana Dra. Geanilda Vásquez  y Olga Portugal de U.S. Century Bank.

También el Mayor General® José Sanz Jiminián ex jefe policial dominicano, Luis Rodríguez de Bacardi, Armando Bravo, Víctor Khramov, Eddy Cruz, Dr. Diony Antigua, los ex Cónsules en Miami Amaury Ríos y Eduardo Sánchez, el cantante Richy Cepeda, Ana María Segura, Víctor Cabrera, entre otras destacadas figuras del ámbito empresarial, comercial, deportivo, artístico y político.

          The event took place during a well-attended gala dinner on Saturday, March 9 in the rooms of the Renaissance at the Gables, where Dr. Cruz Jiminián received the keys to Miami-Dade County on behalf of Mayor Daniela Levine Cava, who in His representation was delivered by former Mayor Tomás Regalado and Commissioner Miguel Gabela, both from the City of Miami.

          Doctor Cruz Jiminián is a prominent Dominican doctor, who, from his clinic and foundation, provides quality services at no cost to the most needy class. The doctor is recognized as the “Philanthropist of Dominican Medicine” by high public and private institutions.

          Mr. Johnny Matthews Estrella and Dr. Pedro Mora, CEO President and Executive Director of the DACC FL, respectively, presented a plaque to the Dominican doctor, for his great humanitarian contributions to the most dispossessed and needy class in the Dominican Republic.

          Cruz Jiminián also received a scroll of recognition from Mayor Manny Cid and councilors of the City of Miami Lakes, another from the State of Florida presented by State Representative Deputy Alina García and a certificate declaring him as ‘Distinguished Visitor’, presented by the Commissioner Kevin Cabrera of Miami-Dade County.

          Recognitions were also granted to non-profit organizations, including the Ángel de Esperanza, Anymos, Desarrollo Integral, Diaspora y Desarrollo and Ocoeños foundations in Miami, being received by their representatives Aridio Genao, Doctora Soraya Aguasvivas, Adelys Olivares, Arquitecto Rodolfo Pou and Doctor Ángel Aguasvivas, respectively.
